Homesavers was paid $12000 and failed to repair foundation, failed to provide engineering report as stated in contract and failed to failed to provide life time transferable warranty as stated in contract.

Defendant’s Wrongdoing:

Homesavers was paid $12000 and failed to repair foundation, failed to provide engineering report as stated in contract and failed to failed to provide life time transferable warranty as stated in contract. Defendant knew when they collected the money that they were going out of business. The owner had been deceased for over a year and the daughter deliberately ripped people off during that year.
